During the one and one half days at my house they did the following: removed my old furnace and hot water tank; installed my new furnace, air conditioner, tank-less hot water system; and ran a new gas line for my natural gas barbecue outside. They say the best heating system to have is one you don't realize is even there. That is the system I have. I have a new 95% efficient 3 stage Trane furnace that I can hardly hear. Likewise for my 15 SEER Trane air conditioner, and also the Navien 240 Tank-less hot water system. In fact, I am so impressed that I have recommended basically the same system to my mother! The Plumbing and Heating Shop Inc. are a state of the art, modern firm - but they still believe in old-fashioned values such as trust, craftsmanship, and pride in the work they do. Well... we can't do anything about the pipes or the location of the furnace, we can only change the furnace..." that's what every company told us about our old furnace but then we met Cam. He told us that, not only, they can change all the piping but they can move the furnace, so it's not in the middle of the room. We couldn't believe it. Susan and I decided to write to you today to thank you for the work you did for us earlier this week, specifically to install the new Rinnai Tankless Water system in our home.
